California law prohibits cell phone use while driving
California recently passed a law prohibiting the use of handheld cell phone while driving on the grounds that a conversation on the phone while driving is unsafe. This law is a major drawback for those of us so used to the idea of simply speed dialing our contacts in our fave-5 group at any time and anywhere without a car owners have used prohibited.
